The lifestyle program Koffietijd has made a report about the Sheltersuit Foundation. Bas Timmer (founder and designer) spoke about the creation and production of Sheltersuit. Thanks to the DOEN Foundation, people with a distance to the labor market are helping with the production of Sheltersuit, so that as many children and adults as possible can recieve warmth.

The world-famous platform AJ + followed Shasho and Bas during their trip to Lesvos. See how they handed out the first 500 combinations of Sheltersuits and WakaWakas to the refugees on Lesbos. Help to make our next shipment possible so that as many children as possible receive warmth, light and a piece of dignity.

Campaign ‘Laat de daklozen niet doodvriezen’

The idea of Posterscope Netherlands/psCity and Isobar to support the homeless by creating an Out of Home campaign in cooperation with media owners JCDecaux, Exterion Media and Clear Channel worked out well. To support Sheltersuit (a wind- and water resistant jacket and sleeping bag) the Out of Home media owners worked with Posterscope by donating 3.500 six sheets free of charge. The media value equated to €350.000. Pscity developed this initiative to position the Out of Home sector in a positive daylight while delivering a valuable social contribution.
